Residence Hall Rates and Payment Plans
The housing contract is for a full academic year (both
Fall and Spring semester). The price listed below is per room, per
student. The following items are included in your rate:
- Electricity
- Water
- Cable television with over 100 channels
- High-speed Wi-Fi and ethernet Internet Access
- Bathroom Housekeeping in traditional halls and suites (except for
Maple Hall)
- Maintenance
Note: These proposed residence hall rates are not yet
approved and might be subject to change. The rates will not be finalized
until March 2008. Please check back here at that time for up-to-date
information.

Cancellations
You may cancel your contract prior to June 1 and receive
a refund of $200 prepayment. If you wish to cancel your contract, you must
